We work with the client project team to synthesize, clarify and articulate the key organizational objectives of the project.
We develop the learning path that will drive the key learning.
We then create the Knowledge Map design underlying the learning path.
We research operational and industry data that support the key learning objectives.
We combine complex issues, the relationships between those issues and marketplace data into a visual.
We design the components of the learning process that supplement the visual and make the learning experiential.
We use client focus-groups to ensure that every Knowledge Map session achieves consistent learning results.
We collaborate with clients to design an implementation plan and then assist them in the roll-out process.
We leverage the insights generated by the groups going through the Knowledge Maps to reinform the client's view of the organization and its needs.
We can translate the Knowledge Map experience into electronic products that preserve, support and enhance the value of the learning experience.
